We are so appreciative of everyone who walked, donated, or supports our day to day to efforts to improve the lives of kids with diabetes. This year, Sam was one of the top ten fundraisers for NYC!
An amazing amount has been accomplished since we began our efforts in 2006. The Continuous Glucose (CGM) Monitor in particular is technology that will lead us closer to a closed loop "artificial pancreas" and is making a tremendous difference in Sam's life today.
